One of the last six functioning "Apple I" computers just sold for a cool $668,000 at auction, making one anonymous nerd very happy. It's one of only 200 handmade by Steve Wozniak in a Palo Alto, Calif., garage in 1976. Despite not having a built-in monitor, keyboard or even a case, it was a breakthrough in home computing. Until that point, personal computers were sold in kits, but the Apple I came fully assembled. This particular machine was signed by Wozniak and sold paired with the original transaction letter from Steve Jobs. So look after that iPod Nano. It could make you rich someday.
